Since 2021, SuperMap has used digital twin technology to create the Qingtian County “Gas Safety All-in-One Smart Defense” application that integrates display, monitoring, early warning, and disposal, providing systematic and intelligent solutions for urban gas safety.
Build a city gas safety base
• Establish “one warehouse” of gas data
The system establishes a gas data warehouse based on unified data collection and exchange standards, promotes data resource interaction, inter-departmental data standard docking and system interconnection, and provides data support for cross-department, cross-system, and cross-regional gas safety and efficient collaborative management.
• Draw “One Map” of pipe network simulation
According to the gas pipeline data and the base map of the national land planning space, the system draws an accurate pipe network map. Based on the existing spatial data, the Internet of Things, big data, GPU acceleration algorithms, and other technical means are used to construct a virtual image of the city overlaid on the physical space of the city to build 2D and 3D resource layers, realize the combination of virtual and real, twin interaction and gas pipeline network simulation in one map overview.
• System integration terminal management on “one platform”
Combined with the data warehouse and pipe network simulation diagram, relying on mobile terminals and PC terminals to run, this system realizes the integration of gas supply facilities. It supports the decision analysis and real-time monitoring of equipment, personnel, vehicles, emergency, etc.
Real-time monitoring, perception of city gas safety status
• Dynamic monitoring visualization
Based on GIS, the system conducts real-time visual monitoring of pipeline gas gate stations, depots, pressure regulating stations, valve wells, third-party construction sites, and gas filling stations, and discovers potential safety hazards promptly. At the same time, the front-end sensing system of the underground pipe network conducts visual monitoring of the location, distribution, and gas concentration of the gas pipe network. Through the real-time collection of the network, station, household flow, and pressure data, it senses pipe network anomalies such as sudden changes in flow and pressure in real time and sends an alert notification.
• Intelligent gas patrolling
Based on the spatial distribution of gas pipelines, the system formulates inspection tasks and evaluates the quality of task completion through matching calculation of personnel real-time position data and inspection tasks, optimizing the inspection management workflow. At present, the mobile terminal patrol has been launched. When the front-end staff finds an incident, they can ensure that the terminal data is more accurate, and the APP can report the problem form and simultaneously report the map, photo, and sound of the incident with one click.
• Digitalize terminal management
The system binds the user who has installed the gas alarm device with the equipment, and the user information, equipment status, and other data can be directly established in the ledger, and the platform terminal can be aggregated to visually check the gas pipeline diameter, material, pipe age, and other information. The real-time status display of the alarm, the display of gas concentration value, and the monitoring data of safety risk prediction.
Improve the mechanism and optimize the city gas safety management
• Formulate gas warning classification
The system conducts research and analysis according to the accident type, urgency, development trend, and degree of harm, divides it into five early warning standards from high to low, and implements labeled and graded management of responsible departments. When an accident occurs, through platform instructions, the emergency response levels corresponding to different types of accidents at all levels of early warning levels are selected and transferred to the corresponding sponsoring department and co-organizing department.
• Improve emergency coordination system
Through the system platform, one-key direct calling can be realized, and by integrating applications such as video conferencing, remote monitoring, and image transmission, multi-party resources can be coordinated and dispatched, and the deployment of emergency support resources such as emergency teams, vehicles, materials, and equipment can be realized in real time.
• Improve the gas alarm mechanism
Supported by the front-end gas alarm and the center-end big data cloud computing platform, the warning can be conducted in various forms such as on-site alarm, mobile phone text message, phone notification, mobile APP push, etc. It can report abnormalities at any time, so that the gas can be quickly informed even when there is no one on site.
