The Natural Resource Protection Supervision Platform has been used in many cities to supervise the protection work of the Yangtze River waters. Based on remote sensing technology and GIS technology, people build an information management service platform for the Yangtze River Economic Belt to carry out integrated spatial display and online supervision of data of enterprises, projects, parks, coastlines, wetlands, green spaces, cultivated land, and nature reserves.
Key features: Three-dimensional and realistic presentation of the work in the rectification and protection of resources in the Yangtze River waters.
1. Integrated spatial display and online supervision of regulatory element data within 1, 5, and 15 kilometers of the Yangtze River Basin.
2. Comparative analysis of various data and geographic information collected regularly or inspected irregularly.
Based on the analysis of multi-phase satellite remote sensing data and images, to monitor and conduct a historical analysis of enterprises within one kilometer of the basin; to monitor the location of all enterprises along the river (including tributaries) within one kilometer as well as the distribution and structural changes of water, forest, farmland, residential areas.
To identify the distribution of planted crops and monitor crop area within a certain range based on remote sensing technology. To combine the data of previous years to monitor the changes in crops and vegetation.
Combined with historical data, remote sensing technology is used to monitor the changes in cultivated land, forest land, and crop rotation and fallow in the Yangtze River Basin, to monitor and manage ecological changes.
1. General information dashboard display platform
To display environmental protection work on the dashboard. Support statistical summary by 1, 5, and 15 kilometers, administrative divisions, and years. Supports chart display, picture display, and text display.
2. Online supervision of enterprises, parks, projects, ships, etc.
To display the information on the mainstream of the Yangtze River and its main tributaries within 1km, 5km, and 15km to be supervised, including enterprises, parks, new projects, projects to be built, ships, docks, etc., including element boundaries, names, states, types, and administrative regions, the person in charge, photos, etc.
3. Online supervision of forest land
Map display of forest land distribution information within 15 kilometers of a section of the Yangtze River Basin. The image data of the forest land range is updated quarterly, and the forest land changes extracted from the images will be comprehensively displayed on the map.
4. Online supervision of cultivated land
To extract the application status information of cultivated land through remote sensing data of multiple periods, to monitor the change in cultivated land use.
5. Supervision of protected areas
The vector range of wetland reserves, finless porpoise reserves and other protected areas within 15 kilometers are shown on the map.
6. Supervision of water
The water distribution information of the mainstream and tributaries of the Yangtze River and the waterlogging-prone levels of different administrative regions are shown on the map.
7. Online monitoring of water quality
Comprehensively display the basic information of sections within 1 km, 5 km, and 15 km of the mainstream of the Yangtze River and its main tributaries, display the real-time monitoring data of each section, and display the water quality category of each site in different colors; Line charts and other display methods.
8. Supervision of air quality
The air quality monitoring data along the river is updated daily, and the air quality-related data such as PM2.5, PM10, SO2, CO, NO2, and other conventional information are displayed.
9. Supervision of mining and restoration
Mine distribution data within 15 kilometers are shown on the map. To regularly update remote sensing data to supervise the changing area of mines and the ecological management and restoration of mining areas.
