In April 2, 2002, the second session of Beijing International 3S Technical Exchange Conference was opened. The leaders from Water Resources Ministry, Land & Resources Ministry, Construction Ministry, and Communication Ministry, experts from relevant areas, well-known 3S producers, and experts from more than 10 nations participated this conference. This conference is about 3S problems, solutions and development directions existing in the industries of land & resources, water resources, electric power, agriculture & forest, environment protection, and telecommunication.
