In the afternoon of April 26, the president of Albania Academy of Sciences, professor Ylli POPA, the vice-president, professor Luan OMARI, the director general, professor Afrim Karagjozi, and the secretary-general, professor Eduard Sulstarova accompanied by the officials of The International Cooperation Bureau of Chinese Academy of Sciences visited SuperMap GIS Technologies, Inc.
Dr. Zhong Ershun, the president of Beijing SuperMap GIS Technologies, Inc. briefly introduced the SuperMap GIS Technologies, Inc. and the company’s current status in GIS software development aspect. The Albania guests appreciated the achievement that SuperMap obtained in the area of geographic information industrialization. Professor Ylli Popa felt much interested in the industrialized mechanism of both SuperMap GIS Technologies, Inc. and Geographic Information Industrial Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and expressed that they’d like to communicate with Chinese Academy of Sciences further in the future.
