SuperMap to Attend India GeoSpatial Forum 2013

SuperMap is going to attend the India GeoSpatial Forum (IGF) in Hyderbad, India, one of the premier geospatial events in the country. The Forum is dedicated to providing a platform for technology providers, users of geospatial information from various industries, policy makers from all levels of government and acaedmics to discuss, deliberate and share knowledge in the geospatial community.


The India GeoSpatial Forum is organzied by Geospatial Media & Communications, with partnership from an array of government agencies including: Ministry of Earth Sciences; Department of Electronics & IT, Ministry of Communications & IT; Department of Science and Technology; and Department of Land Resources, Ministry of Rural Development.


The Forum will be held at Hyderabad International Convention Centre, India from 22-24 January 2013. SuperMap will be showcasing its complete product suite along with SuperMap's Indian distributor Navayuga Spatial Technologies Pvt. Ltd.


The 2013 IGF revolves around the theme "Towards Geospatial Enabled Economy". In the forum, SuperMap's Vice President Dr. Wang Kang Hong will present an address in the symposium revolving around the theme "Towards Effective Land Administration in India: Potential Benefits, Road Map & Challenges". The symposium will be held on Jan. 23rd, 2013 from 10:30am-12:00pm.

Beside from Dr.Wang's presentation on the issue of land use, he will also make a speech in Navayuga's exclusive session from 11:30 am to 1pm on Jan.23rd to present a 3D smart city solution about Beijing, capital of China.


In the forum, our sales team will introduce and showcase our entire GIS software product suite and its different applications catered to specific needs of different industries.
