On the afternoon of 4th, November, 15th SuperMap Cup University GIS National competition was held at SuperMap headquarters, Beijing.
Professor Liu Huiping served as the chair of judge committee, Professor Liu Haixin from Hebei University of Engineering, Professor Liu Jianhua from Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, li Wenhao from SuperMap Advanced Research Institute served as the judge members of the committee.
The judge committee made multiple awards in web and online development, mobile application, application analysis, map creating and thesis, etc.

As the earliest GIS competition, SuperMap Cup National GIS Competition has successfully held 15 times, gaining the attention from different teachers, students, scholars, experts. The competition allows GIS students know the latest technologies and applications in the industry, improving the theory of GIS, bringing new capabilities to solve the hot issues on the society.
