Nowadays, smart Chongqing spaio-temporal cloud platform was accepted in Chongqing. Li Weisen, Deputy Director General of National Administration of Surveying, Mapping and Geoinformation, stated that Chongqing spatio-temporal is the first platform covers whole province, which has demonstration effect and promotion values. 

In 2013, Chongqing spatio-temporal cloud platform was listed pilot program by NASG, under the guidance of Chongqing government, cooperating with SuperMap, with basis of Chongqing geoinformation public service platform, Chongqing spaio-temporal cloud platform is the only authoritative platform of public information sharing. 

1 Universal spatio-temporal geoinforamtion resource center

Smart Chongqing spatio-temporal platform constructs universal spatio-temporal resources center, integrating information resources in the city. Using time/space/attributes as organization format, classifying spatio-temporal information as basic geography, surface data, planning, economic, social, urban operation, which provides information support for system analysis and decision making.

2 Information resource One Map

In order to eliminate the barriers of data resources of sharing platform, solving the problems of multiple departments, smart Chongqing spaio-temporal cloud platform supports dynamic accessing different business information without changing the original business system platform and it uses big data analysis, geocoding, natural semantic analysis to clean, transform and merge the different business service requirements, forming a city level information resource map, providing universal querying, application merging and digging.

Smart spatio-temporal cloud platform can quickly reconstruct model basing on current various data, providing information services for various themes and scenes.
With the reconstruction method, the collected information can also be shown by chart and graphic, providing support for decision making.
