Spatio-temporal Big Data One Map Helps Xi'an

Xi’an, as the pilot vice provincial city for the digital spatial geographic framework construction and application, has completed ‘Digital Xi’an Geographic Spatial Framework Construction’ in 2010. After the years of development and promotion, the spatio-temporal platform has supported multiple applications including police, city management, hydrology, earthquake, sanitation, emergency response, environmental protection, medicine monitoring, city emergency, social management, city 3D, etc., supporting the development of different districts in Xi’an.

In order to advance the informatization construction of Xi’an, fulfilling the needs of better city operation, management and services. Xi’an Industrial and Informatization Committee, Xi’an Information Center along with SuperMap started the spatio-temporal platform construction in 2016 to advance the transformation of geographic information platform.

 

Temporal-spatio information resource integration to construct temporal-spatio infrastructure services

At the beginning of 2017, Xi’an started the construction of integration of resources of temporal-spatio information, integrating various resources of different cities and regions. The spatio-temporal database includes: multi-scale vector data, multi-time image data, detailed address data, POI, administrative levels, high-resolution scenic data, scene 3D detailed model and underground model, city flood prevention monitoring, hydrology monitoring, IoT data, forming the 2D & 3D integration data, underground & ground data, and a cloud portal, 5 application centers.

Spatio-temporal Big Data Engine GEO-ETL Provides Multi-source Data Collection-Processing-Digging Services

Big data, as the innovative technological revelation, has led the trend of technology, advancing the industry transformation and national organization promoting. Xi’an spatio-temporal cloud platform can dig the value integrating various data sources. Users can use visualization modeling tools, quickly constructing data merging digging model, visually expressing the dig information according to different users and industries and visualizing the information by chart and statistics, providing support for decision. Currently, there are themes including enterprise statistics, history economic status and data statistics, rainfall monitoring data, city housing price data, city management data, etc.

Open Cloud Service Interface, Providing Easer API for Smart Application

Cloud platform uses cloud architecture, through service bus technology, using web service, OC standard services, customized services, etc., providing static data, query analysis, spatial processing, online API, IoT nodes, front machine services, etc. The platform provides solutions from data, function, analysis, computer resources, users can choose different services to collaborate to construct business applications.

Currently, the cloud platform integrates various resources, ensuring the data integrity and standard, fully using the advantages of spatio-temporal platform, in the future, the platform will also be used in industrial application and smart application construction, integrating and utilizing various resources of the city, making the city management more detailed, real-time, visualized, intelligent, making the transformation from digital city to smart city in Xi’an.
