Introduction
The “Smart Field” is a product launched by Dituhui (part of SuperMap), which focuses on the fieldwork of the enterprises, intelligently strengthens the management and control of the out-of-office work process and results, and can assist enterprises in planning and distributing fieldwork more reasonably and efficiently, and build business data BI analytical capabilities to improve operational efficiency.

Dataviz and business partitioning are the basic functions of Dituhui, as well as the basic functions of Smart Field Work. On the one hand, Smart Field Work supports enterprises to divide their business areas and uses professional GIS visualization and spatial analysis to divide the service scope designated by enterprises into multiple areas. Smart Field Work also utilizes “Seamless Topology Technology” to achieve seamless zoning and full coverage of the business area; on the other hand, Smart Field Work designates the person in charge of the business area.
Intelligent shift scheduling and track monitoring
For the field business of an enterprise, the rationality of field staff scheduling will directly affect the cost and efficiency of the field business. Focusing on the key elements of field work such as time, route, and attendance method, Smart Field uses AI intelligent algorithms to formulate the most suitable shift plan for the enterprise. The field staff can check the schedule and navigate through the applet, which is convenient and fast, and greatly reduces the cost of the enterprise’s field management.
To better learn the movement of field personnel, Smart Field also integrates a trajectory monitoring section and supports the setting of electronic fences. Route monitoring can feed back the location and driving route of field personnel to the manager in real time. If any field personnel violate regulations or work outside the area, the electronic fence can alarm in time to help enterprises maintain the efficient execution of field operations.

Clock-in and statistics
Smart Field can also help to view the work of personnel conveniently and quickly. After the field personnel arrives at the workplace, they can report their work through the clock-in function. This function supports uploading information such as pictures and videos together.
