I currently have a region dataset for cities of the Gansu Province and a region dataset for provinces of China. However, the boundary of the region dataset for cities of the Gansu Province and the boundary of Gansu province in the region dataset for provinces of China do not completely coincide with each other. How can I make the two datasets the same at the border of the Gansu province?
