We are pleased to invite you to the 2024 Geospatial Intelligence Software Technology Conference, or GISTC 2024 for short, which will be held at the China National Convention Center, Beijing, China, from 25 to 26 June 2024.
The Geospatial Intelligence Software Technology Conference (formerly the GIS Software Technology Conference) is a global GIS event that is of great influence in the geospatial industry in Asia and the world at large. Currently, the new quality productive forces featuring innovation are transforming the ways of economic growth and the paths of productivity development. Geospatial intelligence is the base for informatization of various industries in economy and society, and has been deeply applied to natural resource governance, urban operation management, social governance and other fields, which make it an important engine for new quality productive forces that boosts digital transformation.
With the theme of “Geospatial Intelligence, Driving Quality Development”, the conference will center on topics including GIS platform software technologies and GIS applications in natural resources, water conservancy, meteorology, environment, housing, airports, etc. It aims at sharing the latest advances in empowering a wide variety of industries with geospatial intelligence technologies and products enabled by deeply integrating GIS with RS, GPS and cutting-edge IT technologies, and discussing how geospatial intelligence can drive high-quality development through innovation.
Since its debut in 2017, the Geospatial Intelligence Software Technology Conference has welcomed tens of thousands of attendees from all over the world. Guests invited include leaders of government departments, authoritative academicians and experts, talents from leading IT enterprises, and executives from famous geospatial companies from around the world.
GISTC 2024 is co-organized by the International Federation of Surveyors (FIG), several government departments and leading academic associations in China, and SuperMap Software Co., Ltd, supported by the United Nations Global Geospatial Knowledge and Innovation Centre (UNGGKIC), and hosted by the Geographic Information System Technology Innovation Center of Ministry of Natural Resources of the People’s Republic of China.
