Q: When you use raster algebra, why you find that the original blank area (raster value is -9999) has background color, and the grid values are large?

A: Because you choose the no-symbol data when chosen the pixel format of the result data. It will convert the negative number to no-symbol data. If you chose the 32 bit, the result is 2 to the 32 + (-9999).
