Q: Why cannot I start the program or encounter the flash back when I run the program after the installation of SuperMap iDesktop 8C is completed?

A: The issue might be caused by an exception of the configuration files. You can delete the C:\ProgramData\SuperMap\Configuration folder and run the program again to generate new configuration files and run iDesktop normally.
