Data Conversion

    The memory scheduling mechanism is reconstructed for the image data displaying, provide better support for loading large imagery.


    You can save your settings in a SQL Query as a XML file.

Spatial Data Engine SDX+

    Improved support for Oracle Spatial engine, and new support for editing most types of data, including hole-polygon, 3D data.
    Improved support for Oracle engine. The system can output map normally even if the network disconnects and reconnects again. Improvements on concurrent operation to the same dataset by multiple users.

Map Projection

    Improved projected transformation. New support for importing & exporting projected transformation file when transforming points or datasets projections. Therefore, you can save the projected transformation parameters, and also you can use the existed projected transformation files to set the projected transformation.
    New support for Oblique Stereographic projection in the user-define projections.

Data Editing and Processing

    Improved the Accurate Split function.
    Improved dataset structure editing for dataset attribute table. You can delete the fields that you select by click Delete.

What's new in SuperMap Deskpro 6.0

In SuperMap Deskpro 6, substantial improvements have been made in its functionality, stability, and performance, as listed below:

Desktop Improvements

    Friendlier and easier to use interfaces, with newly added MS Office 2007 Blue, Aquatic Green, Black, and Silver theme styles and PNG transparent icons.
    Improved Edit Colorset tool, and new Manage Color Scheme and Manage Color Palette tools that allow you to customize, import and export color schemes and palettes.
    New ability to display the most appropriate field as the default selection for combo boxes. For example, when creating a new TIN dataset, fields with such names as "Z", "dZvalue" will be selected as the default elevation fields and displayed in bold.
    Richer contents in the Workspace Management Window.
