As GIS and artificial intelligence (AI) become deeply intertwined, geospatial intelligence software technologies are rapidly evolving—from traditional spatial information processing tools into intelligent spatial agents capable of perception, analysis, decision-making, and action.
Against this wave of technological transformation, how will geospatial intelligence software reshape the industry ecosystem? In the opening year of China’s “15th Five-Year Plan,” how can geospatial intelligence software break through application barriers and unlock scalable value?
The 2026 (20th) Geospatial Intelligence Software Technology Conference will be held on May 26–27, 2026, at the Phase II of the China National Convention Center (CNCC II). We warmly invite you to join us in building industry consensus, exploring development pathways, and discussing future opportunities together.
Why the Conference Is Scheduled Earlier This Year
Compared with previous editions, the conference dates have been moved forward based on several practical considerations:
1. To avoid the intense summer heat and provide a more comfortable environment for participants;
2. To avoid conflicts with China’s national high school and college entrance examination periods, making it easier for guests from the education sector and related industries to attend;
3. To prevent overlap with major industry events such as China Land Day, ensuring greater visibility, participation, and access to high-quality resources.
We hope that by moving the conference to late May, all participants can focus more fully on technical exchange and resource collaboration, thereby enhancing the overall value of participation.
Twenty Editions of Excellence, A New Intelligent Journey Ahead
With the mission of sharing the latest advancements in geospatial intelligence software and exchanging best practices in geospatial intelligence applications, and the vision of building the world’s largest and most influential geospatial intelligence software technology conference, the event has attracted hundreds of thousands of participants worldwide—both onsite and online—over the years.
Distinguished guests such as Wang Qinmin, former Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the CPPCC; Academician Xu Guanhua, former Minister of Science and Technology; and academicians including Wang Jiayao, Ni Guangnan, Li Jianguo, Zhou Chenghu, Guo Renzhong, Chen Fahu, and Chen Jun have attended previous conferences to deliver keynote speeches and share insights.

After more than two decades of continuous refinement, the Geospatial Intelligence Software Technology Conference has consistently navigated the forefront of innovation—driven by cutting-edge technologies and guided by practical applications. The 2026 (20th) Conference will feature:
More forward-looking technical topics to spark deep intellectual exchange
A more open and global perspective to build bridges across the industry
More efficient resource matchmaking to empower collaboration among government, enterprises, research institutions, and users
By bringing together multiple forces, the conference will create a high-level platform that integrates technical dialogue, knowledge exchange, and win-win cooperation. This is not only an annual review of industry progress, but also a golden opportunity to gain insight into future trends and seize early-mover advantages.
A New Venue, A New Conference Experience
The 2026 (20th) Geospatial Intelligence Software Technology Conference will take place at CNCC Phase II, offering participants a refreshed and elevated conference experience. Developed over six years, this national-level conference venue features an iconic design inspired by the image of a Soaring Kunpeng, reflecting both Chinese cultural identity and grandeur.
With highly flexible, multifunctional, and full-scenario conference spaces, CNCC II is well equipped to meet the diverse needs of forums, discussions, and networking activities throughout the event.

In addition, the 2026 conference will adopt a more open stance toward global engagement—actively embracing cutting-edge technologies and international collaboration opportunities. Stay tuned for more updates.
