With the development of IT technologies and 2D & 3D integration GIS, 3D GIS has used more and more widely, however, 3D modeling technology has the disadvantages of high cost and long-time circle. With the merging of oblique photogrammetry technology and advanced oblique photogrammetry hardware equipment, automatic modeling software, the 3D GIS has been promoted to more applications.
