27 Nov,2025

From November 24th to 27th, led by the Department of Commerce of Zhejiang Province, SuperMap, alongside several Chinese geospatial information enterprises, made a joint appearance at the Dubai GeoWorld Expo.

Supported by government bodies such as the UAE Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure and Dubai Municipality, GeoWorld is a premier geospatial information industry event in the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia (MEASA) region. It attracted over 500 exhibitors and more than 15,000 visitors from around the globe.

AI and Digital Twin Technologies Draw Attention

SuperMap showcased innovations and multi-industry solutions in AI and digital twin technology, attracting enterprise and government representatives from countries including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Iran, Italy, the UK, and Singapore for exchanges.

AI Technology Applications: SuperMap representatives engaged in in-depth discussions with visitors on using AI for intelligent interpretation of remote sensing imagery, automated analysis and mining of spatial data, and specific applications of AI in urban planning.

Digital Twin Platform Applications: As a highlight of the exhibition, SuperMap demonstrated how high-precision 3D modeling combined with real-time data integration provides dynamic simulation and decision-making support for city-level and facility-level management.

Multi-Domain Solution Applications: Addressing regional hotspots, SuperMap representatives introduced cadastral management solutions for land tenure and real estate registration, smart port solutions for enhancing logistics efficiency and operational safety, and comprehensive spatial information services for the energy industry, covering everything from exploration to pipeline network management.

Mr. Pagani, founder of an Italian digital engineering solutions company, noted that SuperMap's digital twin smart city facility management solutions help improve urban management standards and sustainable development capabilities. Mr. Pourabdollah, a representative from an Iranian enterprise, also expressed approval of the solutions, particularly highlighting their potential for optimizing urban resource allocation and enhancing planning efficiency.

At the main exhibition area of the Zhejiang Department of Commerce, Hu Chenpu, General Manager of the Platform Solutions and Ecosystem Department for SuperMap's International, delivered a thematic report. He shared insights into SuperMap's core products, technological achievements, and application cases both domestically and internationally.

Collaborative Global Expansion Showcases China's Geospatial Information Technology

This participation marked a significant demonstration of the "collaborative global expansion" of China's geospatial information technology. Leveraging GeoWorld, the Zhejiang Department of Commerce organized the "2025 Zhejiang Service Trade (Dubai) Geospatial Information Technology Exhibition" as a sub-event within the expo. SuperMap joined forces with multiple software and hardware enterprises on the same platform, showcasing China's expertise in geospatial data acquisition and software services and injecting new vitality into the global industry's development.

Moving forward, SuperMap will continue to rely on the strategic guidance of the Belt and Road Initiative and China's service trade "going global" policy. The company remains committed to advancing technological research and development, fostering overseas ecosystem partnerships, and contributing Chinese corporate strength to the digital transformation of the Middle East region and the world at large.
