SuperMap establishes strategic partnership with Indonesia's leading IT infrastructure solutions company

Recently, SuperMap International and Blue Power Technology (BPT), a leading IT infrastructure solutions company in Indonesia, held a ceremony to mark the formal establishment of the two parties' cooperation relationship.

The ceremony attracted more than 40 companies from GIS and other fields in Indonesia to participate. Mr. Wendra, an information technology expert from the Indonesian Geospatial Information Agency (Badan Informasi Geospasial), and Professor Edy Irwansyah, an AI expert from BINUS University, Indonesia, witnessed the ceremony and participated in the discussion as special guests.

Mr. Wang Haitao, Vice President of SuperMap and President of SuperMap International, delivered a speech, emphasizing that this cooperation is very important to the development of both parties and looking forward to deeper cooperation in future technological innovation and market expansion. Afterwards, April, a technical support engineer of SuperMap Indonesia team, gave a technical introduction and elaborated on the technical progress and application prospects of SuperMap GIS 2024.

In the technical seminar, BPT software manager Reinaldo Ardhitya organized and hosted an in-depth discussion on GeoAI technology. Mr. Wendra and Mr. Edy shared their experience in using GeoAI in their respective fields, which aroused heated discussions from the participants. Hu Chenpu, general manager of the platform software solution team of SuperMap International, had in-depth exchanges with technical experts.

At the end of the event, Sun Liping, General Manager of the Asia-Oceania center of SuperMap International, presented the distributor certificate to Mr. Erwin, CEO of BPT.

SuperMap looks forward to promoting the application and development of GIS technology in Indonesia through cooperation with BPT, leading GIS technology innovation, and providing strong support for the digital transformation of local enterprises.
