Q: In the installation directory, double click Startup.jar in the SampleCode folder can't run the program.

You need to connect *.jar file to specific program, here the *.jar file need to connect to Java(TM) Platform SE binary:

If you operating system is Windows 7, enter Control Panel\Programs\Default Programs\Set Associations, select .jar file in the list, click Change program... button, in the Open With dialog box, set Java(TM) Platform SE binary as the default program.

If you operating system is Windows XP or Windows Server 2003, enter Folder Options dialog box, select File Type tab, click new button, in the New Expanded-name dialog box that opened, input the expanded-name of the JAR file, click OK, select JAR in the list, click Change button to the right of the Open With dialog box, set Java(TM) Platform SE binary as the default program to open .jar file.
