With the rapid development of information technology, IoT, mobile Internet and cloud computing technologies, "Smart Park" is enabled to provide various services for park planning and design, construction and operation and maintenance by building a comprehensive management service platform and opening up data resources and mining data value. Platform Architecture

Smart Park is a standards-based, open, scalable and shared information platform developed and constructed upon the SuperMap platform. It follows the SOA architecture and consists of six layers: hardware and software infrastructure, data, platform and service, application, businesses and display. Based on data access and functional services of Web service, it performs application functions such as comprehensive visualization of the park, search, statistics, and analysis.

Comprehensive Management Platform

The platform provides overground and underground 2D and 3D integrated geographic information in full elements and resource catalogs and asset ledger of the park, as well as services of search and statistical analysis for various resources.


Visualization System of Comprehensive Operation

It classifies and displays various assets in the park through the resource directory tree, and provides 2D and 3D integrated display, search, statistics, analysis and summary for various assets.

 

Underground Pipeline Management System

The system provides accurate and comprehensive pipeline information and functions such as quick search and statistics, positioning, and assisting with analysis and decision making. It functions as a reliable basis for the comprehensive design and construction of the pipeline network in the park and daily management, maintenance, analysis and statistics, and planning decisions after completion. All these empower the system with comprehensive management and distributed application.


Security and Emergency Command and Dispatch System

It Integrates the park’s command and dispatch business information system, video image monitoring system, vehicle positioning system, personnel positioning system, emergency plan system and emergency equipment management system into one organic system, achieving the utmost resource integration and information sharing. This helps form a comprehensive emergency command and dispatch operation mechanism for the park featuring in system integration, information integration, office automation, dynamic management, and scientific decision-making.


Commercial Leasing Management System

Through 2D and 3D integration, the platform manages leasing activities of buildings, rooms, shops, storefronts, and advertising spaces, and provides services in registration and management of merchants, registration and filing of lease contracts of merchants, and supervision and management of merchants' business activities.


Inspection Management System

The platform uses GIS, GPS or indoor WIFI positioning technology to provide staff with a visual inspection management system to achieve hierarchical management of the entire park resources. The system digitizes all the facilities resources involved. With this, managers can understand the layout, construction and maintenance of the overall facilities accurately, inspection personnel can collect information on the geographical location and related attributes of resources through handheld terminals, and managers can view inspection personnel's real-time location, trail history and maintenance record playbacks.


BIM-Based System of Construction Registration and Document Management

Through the advanced concept of BIM, the system supervises the project establishment and approval process of complex and important buildings (structures) in the park, and manages the construction process at each key point, and connects and stores the design data of each plot, building, and component, construction drawings, construction process, and change data, etc.


Park Planning and Management Assistance System 

Based on the overall planning and detailed planning of the park, the system uses BIM+GIS Digital Twin technology to simulate and make decisions on the planning, designing and operation of the park space engineering, so as to provide reasonable guidance to optimize the construction of the park space engineering.


Business Invitation Card System

The system displays the overall situation of the park through 2D and 3D integration. According to the characteristics of each park, it displays the park’s featuring development plans and strategies, investment invitation policies, and shop leasing announcements through multimedia. It can also promote and introduce the park in alignment with national and local policies.
