Huantai Public Security Bureau took the actual housing as the carrier and the dynamic management of population as the focus, strengthened the management function of permanent residents, floating population, and special groups, formed a standardized and complete 3D population database, and established a real-time monitoring population management model system in the streets and residential buildings. The system integrates surveillance entities such as law enforcement recorder surveillance, 4G vehicle surveillance in police management with 3D virtual scenes according to their installation location or real-time location to build a 3D space twin video surveillance system. The integration of video surveillance and 3D real scene greatly shortens the time for police officers to look up video materials and fully enhances the value of video surveillance in police work. In addition, the 3D GIS platform enables the system to perform visual analysis, buffer analysis, visual range analysis, etc., which effectively solves many difficulties in the layout and location selection of video surveillance.
