SuperMap was founded in 1997 by a group of GIS experts and researchers. Through years of efforts, SuperMap has been a leading Geographic Information System (GIS) software company. We have developed a series of cutting edge GIS products. The family of our products is called SuperMap GIS.

Since our first product was released in 2000, SuperMap GIS has been widely applied by lots of government agencies, schools, and organizations. Hundreds and thousands of large-scale systems developed with SuperMap GIS are stable and efficient. SuperMap GIS has received wide recognitions due to its high performance, ease-of-use, easy-to-integrate, complete product line, cost-effective and customer supports.

SuperMap is headquartered in Beijing, China. More than 500 employees work at headquarters. In order to provide prompt customer services and technique support, we have set up 6 branch offices in China and some oversea offices in Tokyo, Japan, and Hong kong SAR, China.
